Physical Activity – Rhythm and Music – Psychological Counseling and Guidance

  • The Physical Activity Program includes dance, strength, coordination, flexibility studies and motor skill activities aimed at improving physical fitness. A program lead by a physical education teacher is conducted for 12 weeks in groups of 10 people, two sessions per week, each session being 60 minutes long.
  • The Rhythm and Music program includes applications based on the Orff method. The program, conducted by an Orff instructor, is conducted for 12 weeks in groups of 10 people, 60 minutes sessions per week. The sessions also include sections where participants will prepare their own rhythm instruments.
  • Program for Mothers: Psychological guidance and special education counseling will be provided during the project. This service, which will be conducted once a week in groups of five people, also aims to give mothers the ability to cope with difficulties related to their children with intellectual disabilities. Sessions will be planned for 80 minutes in the form of a week of psychological support and a week of special educational counseling.
