In the study as pre-test and post-test, “personal information form” were used for the mothers, for the purpose of determining the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities “WHOQOL-BREF & the Turkish version of the Measure of the Quality of Life of People with Intellectual Disabilities” were used, for mothers “WHOQOL-BREF & the Turkish version” and both for the mothers and individuals with intellectual disabilities “Physical Activity Survey” were used. During the implementation of the post tests, focus group interviews were conducted with mothers using a semi-structured interview form to understand in depth the impact of online support on themselves and their children.
